A: No. Our spiritual assistance is not mental health counseling. It is intended for spiritual comfort, organization of spiritual materials and thought processes, and ongoing spiritual guidance.
A: Yes. We follow cemetery rules and use approved materials and practices. We can also coordinate directly with cemetery offices when needed.
A: We clean most common stone types using safe methods. If a memorial requires specialized restoration beyond our scope, we will inform you before proceeding.
A: No. Many clients live out of town or cannot visit. Services can be performed on your behalf, with photo documentation and written summaries provided.
A: We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees. For last-minute changes, please contact us directly to discuss options.
A: Yes! We’re happy to travel within our service area and beyond for larger projects such as space cleansings/blessings. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance.
